Mother's Day 2009

M is for the million things she gives me.

O means only that she's soft to hold.
T for the things she tries to teach me.
H is for her heart of purest gold.
E for her eyes with love light shining.
R means right and right she'll always be.

"If the friend is one, who can sense your emotions by sheer instinct.
If a teacher is the one, who knows just how to mould you into the best person you can make.. Then I am lucky for sure... Because I have them all in someone, who is truly my own mom.."

Mother's Day is celebrated to honor all mothers n express all gratitude for the hardships they bear in bringing u a child. Huhu.. Rindunye kat mma aku.. (T_T) Many experience of mother's day i ever heard. Childrens prepare a card themselves a day before Mothers Day. Some also make handmade gifts to show their respect n affection for their mother.. Grown up children prefer to buy gifts from the stores ranging from clothes, accessories to jewelry.. Ala, macam kita dulu2 la zaman2 sekolah. Ade jual bunga2 kaca yg ade perfume dlm tu, jual card yg harga 50 sen but nice. Ape lg, beli barang2 tu dgn duit blanja yg parents bagi. Lawak gile r.. Hehehe.. Tp tu zaman budak2..

On Mothers Day, children must be nice laa kn to their mom n give them a days rest kat umah.. Its a wonderful idea to complete household chores on the day n make our mama feel that we acknowledge the importance of all she does to run the house so smoothly.. Hehe, tapi aku yg pemalas time tuh. Elder children macam aku ni, may book a parlor or a spa treatment for mothers and make them care for themselves as most mothers find it difficult to get time for themselves..tp, x pnah buat pown coz x pnah ade kesempatan utk tu. Tggu2 r aku keje ke,ape ke..Skang ni makan duit mak bapak, x pegang gaji sndiri lagi..Hehehe..

Mothers are wise n always right. We all know this from our experience. For, we have all grown up on the wisdoms and advice of our moms.. Some of these advices, rather lessons remain with us forever n keep guiding us. Byk gile nasihat aku dpt since umo satu taun (dh reti b'jalan kn,nakal sikit..), tp jrg aku ikut. kuang3..ank yg baik la katakan.. Em,most of these advices are extremely practical n universal in nature. Besides these sayings have been carried forward generation after generations from time immemorial..Bleh la perturunkan advices tu utk future children nnt..Confirm anak aku degil cam aku nnt. Huhu... Baru r tau cmane rasenye mma aku nk nasihat aku. Wekk~
Em,the best advice my mother ever gave to me was:

'Strivers achieve what dreamers believe. If u put your mind to it, u can do it. Be careful what u wish for because u might get it. And, listen to me, I've been through it already. If other people have done it, why not u??'

Wahaha.. Then, mma aku slalu compare kn aku ngan org yg better drpd aku. Kdg2 rse lain n x best gk, tp tu la semangat, dorongan spya aku leh jd lg baik mcm org yg terbaik tuh..


Then, she's never mad at me if i've done many mistakes. Tiap2 kli balik kmpus, die slalu cakap n harapkn sesuatu yg aku sendiri x pasti aku dapat. Huhu.. Tapi, aku cuba and terus mencuba sebab tu harapan kn. Giving a hope is better than lose hope.. (^_^).. Mma aku penah ckp,

"Don't let other people make the choices for u and don't let no one push u around."

Die sangat2 x suka kalo aku ikut je cakap org. Katanya, aku ade kepala sendiri, ade otak sendiri, x yah laa nak ikut2 org. Huhu.. Tu pasal aku pantang sgt klo org paksa2 aku. Parents aku pown x reti memaksa anak2 dorg, ni kn plak org lain. Adehh.. Berhadapan dgn rmai org, rmai kwn ni sememangnya SUSAH!!!

"No one can help u, if u're never to help yourself. I can't help ur life, but i can give what u want but please appreciate what we've (mma and abah) did n give to u.."

Ni time kejatuhan or zaman2 jahiliah aku dulu r.. Hehe.. Memang laa.. Aku ni reti idup senang je.. X pernah merasa susah.. That's why mak bapak aku nak tengok aku usaha sendiri kalo aku nak pape, tu pown kalo aku nak katanya.. Contohnya laa kan aku ni memang suka belek2 dictionary sebab aku leh dapat banyak perkataan baru,boley dikatakan habit laa.. Ade satu time nih, aku baca ape ntah, aku jumpa satu perkataan yg aku x tau pe maksud die, then aku tny la mksud die kat mma aku tp hampa.. She said, "go to find it yourself.." Huhu.. Kalo dah mcm tu, aku memang malas. Terus x cari2 maksudnye.. Hehehe.. Means that, die nk tgk aku usaha sendiri, jgn pikir cara senang je nk dpt sesuatu.

Paling best, the source of my mother's love and strength is evident in the advice she gives me every time I leave (nk balik hostel time skola dulu, and skrg nk blk kmpus..).. A kiss on the cheek, a hug and a reminder to keep God first. Common advice r tu kan..

On this Mother's Day,it is always a tough task to decide on the perfect gift for our perfect mom on a Mothers Day. Remember our Mother is always going to appreciate our feelings behind the gift we buy. So even if we are a bit incorrect in our choice,cam langsung x reti nk kasi ape kn, biasenye dak2 laki r, xtau taste mak dorg..hehehe..tp kita bagi je pape pown, she will always treasure a gift from some one whom she loves the most. However, a little thought while purchasing gift might make her day more delightful tau!!...

Perfumes are a favourite of many moms. Some just love to have a big collection of perfumes and deodorants in their dressings. So, I've decided to give a perfumes as her gift n also a purse.. Die suka sgt wat collection purse ngan handbag nih.. Ish.. (timbulnye rase jeles pabila melihatkn brg2 itu..) Huhu.. I hope that the fragrance of that perfume will remain with her forever...hehehe..

But there is priceless gift.. Contohnya laa kan,love and time for instance.. On a very special occasion such as a Mothers Day, it would be a nice idea to gift our mom exactly these. Mom's are not looking for expensive or flashy things from their children lorh... What a mother needs most is a relaxed atmosphere in the company of her most priced possession,her children and lot of love, warmth and affection such like spending time together, making a meal, cleaning the house (paling aku suka..)..

I wish that, my mom will always in a good condition of health.. Wish she'll be the greatest teacher in this world and the best mother n wife in this universe. Hehehe.. That's my mom, Mrs Maizan Hj Ismail..(no need to put 'hajah' in front of her name, she's never mentioned bout it..hehehe..)
