This coming 8th June 2009 and the last final semester exams are hovering over students. Students have started getting anxious like me and spending sleepless nights worrying about the coming exams. Risau saje x buat ape2 x jalan jugak........
I am so nervous as i am not prepared for my exams which are going to start a week from now. Wah! Sminggu je lagi, sesak nafas!
For a student, no fever can be worse than the exam fever! Students are nervous, as they are worried about whether they would be able to live up to the expectations of their peers parents ann lecturers / tutors.
My parents have great expectations from me which makes me more worried about whether I will be able to fulfil their dreams or not. Huhu.. Scary seyh! Ku pohon restu wahai ayahanda dan bonda.Exams can cause anxiety, worry and in certain conditions mental and physical stress. But such conditions can only worsen the situation. Students, just relax! Exams are just a part of the whole rigmarole and should not give you sleepless nights.
All students suffer from exam fever including the toppers. The reason, however, varies. To cope with this fever, students should prepare meticulously and try to stay relaxed so that they can give it their best shot.
Exam fever continues to beset students, as it has become a routine to prepare for it only at the last minute. Huahaha..seriously aku pown mcm ni. Because of this, some students spend sleepless nights wondering how to cope. Tu baru wondering, don't know how to fix this problems. Hahaha.. This can be avoided by proper preparation. As such most students have learnt to cope with exam fever in their own way. Though they put in a lot of hard work, they know that relaxation is equally important.On the day of the exam, juz Relax. Remember that God is in charge...
